Identifiers assigned in this version are permanent and will not be renumbered or reused.
Definitions, trigger conditions, and crosswalks are open for comment through 1.1.

27 corpus failure families concerning
securities regulation, market structure, disclosure regimes, and research method are retained in
the machine index as out of profile, with links to their claim sets. Nothing is dropped silently.

Open for 1.1: crosswalks to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act
risk categories, the MIT AI Risk Repository, the OWASP LLM list, and MITRE ATLAS; promotion of
named modes to AFMR-M#### identifiers; institutional antecedents for the twelve families where
that field is currently open; publication of the editorial board.
