Record: kaal:position:2026-07-31-570 · 2026-07-31

Advanced Smart Drone Swarm Security Network by Using Strategic Alliance for Blockchain Governance Game should be assessed against Kaal's source-bound claim that A decentralized autonomous organization is merely computer code with no directors, managers or employees, its governance structure built with software, code and smart contracts running on a public decentralized blockchain platform. The current metadata indicates a plausible connection through blockchain governance, but the defensible response is a qualification until the source text confirms agreement, scope, methods, and limitations.

Affirmed commentary position. This record extends a source-bound scholarly claim but is not a verbatim paper claim.
