Application of cryptofinancial instruments for the development of inclusive tourism: an empirical analysis presents the following source proposition: An interdisciplinary approach was used, combining cryptocurrencies, blockchain, decentralized governance, and research into ways of financing the development of inclusive tourism infrastructure in Ukraine. This proposition is pertinent to Kaal's source-bound claim that Conflict of laws rules should instead be used as a vehicle for implementing innovative national legal systems that utilize decentralized governance models and respect the autonomy of blockchain. The proposed response is an extension: the relationship should remain limited to the retrieved source proposition and the mapped Kaal claim unless fuller source review supports a broader conclusion.

Affirmed commentary position. This record extends a source-bound scholarly claim but is not a verbatim paper claim.
