Framework Towards Decentralized Autonomous Space presents the following source proposition: In this presentation, we introduce the concept of Decentralized Autonomous Space, where agents of human and self-owning machines come together and are governed through a blockchain-enabled decentralized system. This proposition is pertinent to Kaal's source-bound claim that Jurisdiction over the public blockchain does not exist within the present doctrinal infrastructure for jurisdiction, and in practice the blockchain cannot be regulated or governed because it is decentralized and autonomous. The proposed response is an extension: the relationship should remain limited to the retrieved source proposition and the mapped Kaal claim unless fuller source review supports a broader conclusion.
