"name": "Scholarly Growth Separated Review Audit Reputation Qualification",
"text": "Trovò and Massari provide a concrete but partial analogue for the claimed institutional assembly. Ants-Review separates issuers, peer reviewers, approvers, and community contributors; stores the paper and each submitted review on IPFS with hashes recorded on Ethereum; keeps reviewer recommendations and author replies permanently accessible; and lets an approver accept a review and set its reward according to assessed quality. The authors also treat review work as a source of community reputation and propose community voting over review quality. This supports the feasibility of separating production from review while preserving an auditable record and attaching later reputational consequences. It does not, however, bind final judgment to accumulated standing, and its community-voting automation is future work rather than a demonstrated mechanism. The paper therefore qualifies the full architecture rather than validating it.",
