Qualification: Decentralized knowledge assessment
Sun, Zhou, and Guo provide independent evidence that several elements of Kaal's substrate-stage institution can be combined in an implemented validation system. Their decentralized peer-review model uses verified participants, a shared blockchain environment, token and reputation costs, public review evidence, and citable constructive reviews. They simulate the mechanism with KDD and ICLR data and implement a prototype on Ethereum and IPFS. This supports the feasibility of joining validation, standing, economic commitment, persistent evidence, and attribution in one institution. The qualification is substantial. The study concerns human scholars rather than autonomous agents. Its reputation is not capability-scoped REP. Its tokens are not Kaal's validator stake, and the model does not implement citation-weighted attribution, controlled propagation over a WDAG, or Kaal's exact staged deliberation. The source therefore qualifies the institutional pattern. It does not validate the complete substrate-stage architecture.
