> This Article develops Persona Protocol as a proposed trust-continuity layer for autonomous systems. The protocol separates four questions that current designs collapse. Trust asks what confidence a relying party may place in that evidence for a specific decision. Authority asks whether an authorized principal has granted permission for the proposed action under current policy limits.
