The first rule is that missing evidence is null, not zero. A domain in which a Persona has no admitted evidence yields no value. It does not yield a neutral value, and it does not yield a low value. The reference profile's neutral baseline applies only after a declared minimum coverage threshold is met within the rated domain. Below that threshold the projection returns coverage and uncertainty without an aggregate. A baseline applied to an empty domain is a fabricated prior wearing the costume of a measurement.
