- 3249860-005 : DAOs can replace the coordination and monitoring functions supplied by the firm, because they can measure each member's contribution to the finished work product more efficiently and allocate rewards
- 3266953-013 : Reputation does not push a network toward centralization the way currency does, because reputation must be earned and can be lost yet cannot be turned into a fungible store of value exchangeable for g
- 3373393-033 : Non-performance reputational penalties in a DAO are entirely free from racial or cultural biases, because the token holders imposing them are unlikely to even know each other.

- 3405401-024 : Reputation used as a metric and store of value does not lead to centralization because it must be earned, it can be lost, and it cannot be converted into a fungible store of value exchangeable for goo
- 3405401-025 : Reputation is the key ingredient that enables commerce, and it is precisely the ingredient that makes truly decentralized solutions possible.
- 3405401-026 : Centralized capitalist institutions have been built entirely around centralized and hierarchical reputation systems, which is why replacing them requires a decentralized reputation substitute.
- 3405401-028 : Until blockchain technology was introduced via bitcoin in 2009, decentralized reputation systems mostly relied on the old and corruptible concept of the Web of Trust.

- 3441904-042 : Reputation based metrics were ineffective in centralized governance systems because before blockchain, reputation could not be stored autonomously, anonymously, and transparently, so it was not a reli
- 3441904-043 : Reputation based DAO governance turns a zero sum game into a positive sum game, because members are given incentives to build lasting non fungible value through a long term record of productive cooper
- 3441904-044 : DAO member reputation should be designed as inflationary rather than as a permanent stock, so that non use such as non staking or non voting leads to value depreciation.

- 3782193-031 : Honesty would be the wrong strategy for an agent if the contract were anonymous and its resolution did not affect future contracts, because that situation is a single-stage zero-sum game in which stea
- 3782193-032 : Adding reputation to the contracting game converts it from a single-stage zero-sum game into a repeated positive-sum game in which the rest of the community becomes relevant, because reputation is a f
- 3782193-033 : Reputation permits business with any member of a network regardless of personal acquaintance, but only if the network is closed and its size is limited by the ability to police reputation with the ava
- 3782193-034 : Focusing rewards on reputation rather than on immediately fungible cash encourages decentralized organization because it disperses power fairly: anyone with equivalent talent is equally acceptable, th
- 3782198-037 : Anonymity should be balanced rather than absolute: a member's power to broadcast should be tied to a pseudonymous account carrying meaningful and valuable reputation that is lost when the broadcasting

- 3782210-031 : A reputation token is inherently worth more to the person who earned it than to someone who merely bought it, because of its secondary use in making future earnings, so reputation is harder to accumul
- 3782210-039 : Reputation is not merely an option for a DAO that holds power or value; it is absolutely essential, and for DAOs built to make money ideology alone is not enough to maintain long-term stability.

- 3931933-036 : HSPoS earns validator node reputation through a mechanism that is decoupled from the ordinary monetary system of incentive rewards.
- 3931933-037 : Reputation in HSPoS is a form of social capital earned by participating in the network's ecosystem, independent of the participant's financial capacity.
- 3949098-021 : Traditional underwriting also fails at the agent level, because individual agents within an underwriter may sacrifice the underwriter's overall reputation for personal gain, for example by putting out

- 6655138-010 : Per-surface reflection and cross-surface reflection are not reducible to each other: an agent whose execution reputation rises while its template reputation falls has no basis in per-surface reflectio
- 7596939-002 : A non-transferable reputation record gives an agent exposure that requires no capital set aside for the purpose, because the record cannot be pledged, sold or redeployed.
- 7596939-006 : Reputation in the underlying system is domain-specific and strictly non-transferable: bound to the holder's identity, earned only through validated work, and incapable of sale, loan or transfer.
- 7596939-007 : Both work claims and challenges to a record are adjudicated by the same instrument: a validation pool in which holders stake reputation for or against, with the winning side splitting the losing side'

- 7598518-032 : The pool under test omits most of what makes RLRF an institution: it has no economy, no strategy, no adversary, no deliberation, and no reputation dynamics after the single settlement.
- 7598518-041 : A positive reading would not say the weights mattered: the attribution sentence is issued only if the pool's contrast against full replacement and the reputation pool's contrast against the equal-weig
- 7598518-042 : The design names a failure pattern in advance: if the likelihood filter, the equal-weight pool, and the reputation pool each carry the negative label against full replacement in every family, the pape
- 7598518-044 : Because the simulated validators err independently given an accuracy that depends only on the tag, shared lineage, correlated errors, and error that depends on whether content is rare are excluded by
